Judgment Recovery Course
If you are considering becoming a judgement recovery
specialist, then you know that there are several judgement recovery
training courses available to you. And of course you want to find
the best and most cost-effective course. But how do you determine
which course is best?
First, look at the obvious: Any company that
uses spam is certainly not a reputable company. If you've seen spam
companies "selling" judgement recovery, you may want to
avoid them. They will have salespeople contact you, but probably
without the skills to help you when you really need it.
Some other courses will train you for a weekend
in judgment recovery, and charge nearly $10,000. That's more than
most colleges charge for a year of education! It's simply too much,
and it's not fair. And besides, who ever learned a profession in
a single weekend? So, you are smart to be suspicious of these courses.
And when a salesman calls, ask him or her how many judgments they
have enforced this month!
Other courses will tell you how easy the
judgement recovery business is. Some say you don't even need a computer!
Or to get dressed. Some profession that is!
Judgement recovery specialists begin in small
claims court, and "purchase" judgements with their payments
to be deferred until collection begins. That means that the money
judgment is put into your name, at no cost to you, and you become
the new Creditor. You can then enforce the money judgment using all
the legal methods available to you. And there are many methods-including
wage garnishments, bank levies, assignment orders, asset levies,
debtor's examinations, till taps, and more. You'll have more resources
available than collection agencies have.
One of the best courses we found is Success!
As a Judgement Recovery Specialist. No one can ever tell
you that judgement recovery is easy, only that's it's a great business
for many people to be in. According to the author of this course,
Peter Gilboy PhD, "The reason I wrote it was because a lot of
people were coming into the judgement recovery business and then
dropping out because they didn't have the right training. You need
the right training for any kind of business, whether it is a restaurant,
a car repair shop, accountant work, or enforcing judgments. So I
wrote the course that I wish I had when I started 6 years ago."
In our view, judgement recovery can be a great
home-business with an emphasis on "can be." That's because
only through our personal efforts, diligence, and attention to detail,
will we ever become professional at anything. If you are looking
for easy money at an easy job, then keep looking. But if you are
looking for a challenge and a rewarding profession, judgement recovery
may be right for you.
